Patient sportif de 29 ans, torsion récente du genou.
IRM
Rupture partielle du ligament croisé antérieur chez un sportif de 29 ans.
La rupture concerne le faisceau antéro-médial qui apparaît basculé en avant (flèche orange).
Le faisceau postéro-latéral apparaît continu (flèches vertes).
Notez les fractures-impactions sous-chondrales des bords postérieurs des deux plateaux tibiaux (flèches bleues).
